Kim Kardashian reveals how her 'everyday' beauty regime takes TWO HOURS (and a whole team of stylists) in a time-lapse video

As one of the world's most photographed faces, it's no wonder she's keen to look flawless at every turn.
But Kim Kardashian's latest video detailing her 'everyday' makeup routine will make even the most seasoned of beauty experts balk.
The star has revealed she takes a staggering two hours getting ready every morning (not including choosing her outfit) as well as the help of an entire team of stylists.

She made the startling revelation earlier this week, writing on her KKW website: 'I thought you guys might like a little peek into my daily glam routine.
'I do makeup and hair for about two hours every day! It’s actually a great time for me to catch up on work emails, take some calls and see what you guys are up to on social media.’

The timelapse video shows Kim's 'glam team' rallying around her as she plays on her phone, working intently on her cheeks, lips, eyes, brows, hair and lashes - eventually achieving a polished but natural look. It has been viewed more than 100,000 times in a matter of days.
Her extensive routine may come as a surprise to fans, after Kim recently admitted that her husband Kanye prefers the natural look.

Kim Kardashian is keeping a check on her younger sister Kylie Jenner to regain her popularity, Hollywood Life reported Tuesday. The gossip comes after Kardashian, along with sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, was sued for not tweeting enough about her makeup line.
“The latest lawsuit involving Kim’s failed beauty line has her upset and concerned. So much so that she recently visited Kylie’s lip kit factory to see how she is doing things and to get some tips from the younger sister. Kim is considering another line of products and after getting sued for a failed beauty product, she went to Kylie to learn how to do it right,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“Things have flipped for Kim and Kylie. The tables have turned and the student is now the teacher. Kylie loves all the attention she gets on social media and feels like her sisters had their era in the spotlight and now it’s her time ... Kim recognizes how successful Kylie is becoming and she is taking clues from Kylie. It is not just in beauty but in social media too. Kylie was the first to jump on Snapchat and now Kim [is] following her lead,” the insider told the entertainment website.

The Kardashian sisters are facing lawsuit filed by Hillair Capital Management for breaching their contract and not promoting their Kardashian Beauty line. The company alleged that the trio “immediately” stopped marketing and promoting the line.
In the complaint, Hillair said that “all parties understood that the Kardashians’ full support and cooperation was essential to the success of the Kardashian-branded ‘Kardashian Beauty’ line,” People magazine reported. The company further said that “the Kardashians wanted a better deal than they had struck with Hillair. Towards this end, they failed and refused to properly market and promote the line in the hope that a more lucrative financial deal would materialize. It never did.”

“I have so many friends who don’t wear makeup and hardly ever do their hair. I feel really blessed because I genuinely love the process of getting my hair and makeup done. Even beyond that, I just love to take care of my skin. I’m always researching different products, and I always try so many different things. I don’t just stick to one face wash or moisturizer.
I always need a makeup wipe. I find that I can’t really take my makeup off without it. I use the Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes. They take off everything but really gently—even mascara! I used to just go on a flight, fall asleep in my makeup, and not care. Now I really wash it off—first with a wipe, and then I use the By Terry Pureté de Rose Refreshing Cleansing Gel because it smells like rose. I actually love that scent for everything. My fragrance right now is rose, and all of the scents in our Kardashian Beauty and Kardashian Beauty Hair lines are rose.
My skin is more on the dry side, so I need a really thick moisturizer all the time. I love Guerlain Orchidée Impériale The Rich Cream because I love the scent and the rich creaminess. There’s also one that’s from Natura Bissē—the C+C Vitamin Cream. It smells really strongly of orange, and I think it’s nice every once in a while. I went to this one facialist in New York, Tracie Martyn, and she has one moisturizer called Shakti Resculpting Body Cream, which is rose-scented, so of course I love it. I’m also really big on rose oils. Epicuren Bulgarian Rose Otto is a really good one.
For face sunscreen, I have two. One is La Mer's The Broad Spectrum SPF 50 UV Protecting Fluid. They make the best sunscreen because it’s really thick and not white. It’s SPF 50 but really sheer—I love it. My other one is from my dermatologist, Dr. Harold Lancer—his Sheer Fluid Sun Shield SPF 30. I think people either like him or think he’s too harsh, but I like that about him. He always tells me if I’m acting crazy when I’m like, ‘What laser has come out?’ [Laughs] I’m really big on laser facials. I have this at-home LED light therapy machine called Quasar MD Plus that I got it for my psoriasis because I’ll try anything. I used to have it so bad on the back of my legs. I had a lingerie photoshoot once, and it was just covering my legs. I have the behind-the-scenes pictures, and it’s pretty crazy. Now I just have two patches that won’t seem to go away, but the rest have gone away ever since I had the baby.
I obviously love it when I get my makeup done, but I’m pretty good at doing it myself. If you were to look at my makeup bag right now, it has a little MAC 182 Buffer Brush, and there’s also a bigger kabuki brush that I have to find on eBay because it covers my psoriasis really well—those are the best, and I apply my foundation with those. I love Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and Joe Blasco Ultrabase Foundation—it’s a really old school, heavy foundation. My dad got me makeup classes for Christmas when I was like 14 at some Joe Blasco makeup school, and I’ve worn that foundation ever since.
There's also always a matte bronzer in there. I love our Kardashian Beauty Endless Summer Matte Bronzer in Cabana Bronze. I always contour my nose, and I love to contour my cheeks—the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit is great for that. For mascara, I think Lancôme makes the best mascaras. Lancôme Définicils High Definition Mascara is my favorite. I wear false lashes during the day sometimes, and our line actually has some of the best false lashes—our glam team can tell you. Our Individualist Lashes are really good.
I look so different when I have my eyebrows done. Anastasia Soare [of Anastasia Beverly Hills] does my brows. For two years she was asking me if she could do them, and I was like, ‘No, I don’t need it,’ because I would just do it myself. But then I let her, and it changed my life—my whole face looked different. I used to make them really square in the middle, and she rounded them a little bit. Different makeup artists make you look totally different, too. Mario [Dedivanovic] makes me look the most ethnic. Joyce Bonelli makes me look the most glam. This one makeup artist, Rob Scheppy, makes me feel in-between glam and myself. He does me really tan—I can’t explain it. [Laughs] Everyone has a style, and I like the different vibes.
For my hair, I don’t wash it every day. We start out with a blowout on day one, then we go into a messier vibe the next day, and then we flat iron it and do a really sleek look on day three since that requires a little oil in the hair. Day four could be a slicked-back ponytail, and on the fifth day is when you wash it. That’s a little excessive, maybe. [Laughs]”

I have a lot of young patient’s who bring me pictures of the “Kim Kardashian nose job” during their pre-operative visit at my Los Angeles office. What I’m impressed with beyond her natural beauty, is that these young patients could even recognize Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgery. It is a subtle change, but does all the wonderful things that finesse rhinoplasty can do. Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgeon must have know that s/he was messing with near perfection. But the human perception can be highly fickle, and anything that distracts from the beautiful symmetry of someone’s eyes will undermine our attention. This is a subconscious phenomenon that is with us from an early age. Many of my rhinoplasty patients are very articulate about these subtilties.
Here’s what I notice about Kim Kardashian’s plastic surgery from a rhinoplasty surgeon’s point of view. I see a visual line that extends around the eyebrow to the nasal tip. This is the line that forms a frame around the eye on each side. We want it to be a clean concave line. In the before picture, this line starts out flattened at the brow, then turns concave, and then turns convex toward the tip, giving it a “pear” shape. Her nasal tip is relatively large though reasonably sized given her prominent eyes. Her nasal tip is under-rotated, pointing down especially when she smiles. The post-operative picture shows clean, symmetrical concave visual lines surrounding the eyes. The contour of her lower/tip cartilages have been reduced and refined. Kim Kardashian’s nasal tip has been rotated up in a way that reveals the underside of her delicate nostrils and shortens her nose to a length similar to that of her brow if it were turned 90-degrees on its side.
Kim Kardashian may claim that her gorgeous face and curvy body are the work of good genes and good beauty products, but a quick look at old pictures of the star tells a wildly different story.
Back when Kim was still Paris Hilton's BFF, her face and body looked drastically different than they do now, and insiders claim it's the result of a massive plastic surgery overhaul.
While Kim has admitted to a few minor procedures, from some conservative Botox around her eyes to fat-melting massage, sources claim the work has been much more extensive.
Starting with her most famous asset, despite getting an X-ray to prove that her jiggle is all real, a source claims: "Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt."
Kim's first husband, music producer Damon Thomas, corroborates this story, claiming that he shelled out a small fortune to have her body reworked, paying for both liposuction and breast augmentation. Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon, confirms Damon's story, saying that Kim's breasts appear overly "round and full for her thin figure," a telltale sign of implants.
Kim's face may have always been a thing of beauty as well, but it's clear to experts that her perfect looks have come at a painful price. Dr. Youn claims that her "nose appears to have gotten a little shorter and more refined, possibly from… conservative rhinoplasty." In addition, critics were alarmed when Kim's appearance changed drastically during pregnancy, from what many believed to be lip fillers and Botox injections. While Kim and momager Kris Jenner have denied these claims, the proof, it would seem, is in the totally lineless, duck-lipped pudding.
Regardless of whether Kim is genetically blessed and all-natural, or, as Tina Fey puts it, "made by Russian scientists to sabotage our athletes," whatever she's doing is working and will keep her looking 22 forever.
